After filming, our next task was to begin the long process of editing. As myself and Ben shot about half video each on the day, Alec and Jack took charge of the editing and began to piece the story together, and slowly we saw our first rough cut take shape. As it is a rough cut we are yet to fit the footage with the music, this was merely a chance for us to see how the video would look after all the footage was brought together. It also allowed us to sample different effects and to explore the use of flashing subliminal images, and though obviously incomplete, is a good indicator with regards to the postmodernist style and feel of the overall video.
